Visit this natural oasis of untouched nature and of stunning biodiversity, the biggest lagoon in Albania. With a surface of 22 230 ha, the park is home to the rare Dalmatian pelican and so many beautiful birds. A birdwatchers heaven and a perfect place to relax and have a quiet time in the beautiful surroundings of the park.

Kayaking and Stand Up Paddle in Tomor lake in Holy mount of Tomor is an amazing experience. Tomori is the most unique and enigmatic mountain in Albania. It has been called the throne of the gods for its height, ferocity, beauty and riddle.

Not far from Berat’s city center, the ancient home of the Illyrian gods, Mount Tomorr, rises some 2416 meters above sea level. The mountain is famous for its national park, and also for the deeper, spiritual significance.

We will start our journey in Berat, a city with a rich history that dates back 2400 years. You will experience Albania’s true beauty, where you can choose to go rafting through the Osumi canyon or explore all that the canyon has to offer. After lunch we will ride along the mountains to the Vjosa River Përmet city. We will begin our day by Rafting on the Vjosa River & after rafting, we will enjoy lunch with local products followed by a visit to the thermal baths of Benjës. Following your relaxing deep in the baths prepare yourself for some off-road adventure to Berat.

Berat With Locals is an initiative to get to know the city of Berat, its beauties, craftsmanship, home cooking and the local lifestyle.

This cave is the largest and most interesting cave in the region of Skrapar. Its entrance is impressive and is located next to the Canyons of Gradec, surrounded also by limestone clis. The cave has a width of approximately 30m, a height of 5m, and a length of 1252m. The path that extends throughout the cave widens, tightens, and enters into large rooms as well as small sp widens, tightens, and enters into large rooms as well as small spaces. A real underground labyrinth! On the cave’s ceiling are groupings of congregations of calcium, such as stalactites, stalagmites, columns, waterfalls of rock, and cave pearls with a reddish color, etc. The cave was visited by French and Dutch speleologist groups but also by local residents. The complete exploration of the cave was completed in 1995 by Italian specialists from the group “Puglia Grotte and Dauno.”

The Archaeological Park of Apollonia, a Greek colony with a strong Illyrian component, is a magical place. Its special atmosphere is created by a combination of the unique monuments, archaeology and landscape, difficult to find anywhere in Mediterranean. The ancient city of Apollonia is one of the best known and important classical cities in the country.
